It started witha phone call
In April 2022 Erlend called Svein with an idea: they would build a public sauna in Samnanger. That conversation became the foundation of Lokalkontoret.

Bjørkheim Sauna was the first project, and remains the ground the practice is built on.
Eikelandsfjorden Sauna and Os Sauna became our first two projects for clients: the sports clubs in the neighbouring municipality. They showed that the model worked for others than ourselves, and that it could be scaled.
