Site fit and architecture are usually the heaviest award criterion. Our tenders have scored 9.4 out of 10 in Lindesnes and 500 out of 500 points in Arendal.

A procurement eye

We read the notice as it is actually framed, and say what applies. We are not lawyers, but we have run a full case before the Norwegian Complaints Board for Public Procurement as the complainant's representative. The complaint succeeded: the winning tender should have been rejected.

Technical assurance

Winning is half the job. The sauna also has to be built soundly, with the right löyly, the right ventilation and a long life.

Budget and prices

As a full-chain supplier we know what things cost. We help you budget the tender, and can deliver all of it if you win.

Small, standalone commissions

Not everything needs a full delivery. We take these as standalone commissions, often for saunas others have drawn or built.

Reallocation of recreation areas
