Langevåg Sauna is a floating sauna in Langevåg on Bømlo, built with Bømlo Idrettslag as part of the association model. It sits centrally in the community and is meant as an everyday low-threshold facility. The structure is built for the exposed coastal climate, with a floating dock, an insulated body and cladding chosen for long service without heavy maintenance. Operation is self-service through our lock and booking system, so users can come and go as they like. The sauna opened in autumn 2025 and has since become a fixture of local life in Langevåg.
