Kristiansand Gjestehavn

In the Kristiansand guest harbour we were not the architect. The municipality held a concession competition, and our client Blaud won it with a bid in which Sydvest Arkitekter designed the sauna and we wrote the rest: the greenhouse gas accounting, the technical report, the environmental note, the operating model, the risk analysis and the emergency plan. The sauna is a prefabricated module in solid glulam with an aluminium roof, anchored with concrete blocks on the breakwater. It is in operation.
