Høllen

Høllen is a small coastal settlement in Søgne, part of Kristiansand municipality. In 2025 the municipality held a concession competition for saunas at three sites in the city, and for Høllen we made the whole entry for Blaud AS. We drew the sketch scheme and the visualisations, and wrote the operating model with budget, the risk analysis, the emergency plan and the environmental note for the bid.
